Questions
What fits in a large unit?
Large units are 12 ft wide, 40 ft deep, with 12 ft ceilings and a 10 x 10 overhead door. Most pontoons and fishing boats on a trailer fit; measure total length including the tongue (under 39 ft) and height with the canopy down (under 10 ft).
When can I get to my unit?
Any time: 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Is there a deposit or move-in fee?
No. You pay the first month (or your prepaid term) and that is it.
Do I need my own lock?
Yes. Bring a disc or cylinder lock for your door.
Is it plowed in winter?
Yes. After a heavy snowfall we plow the main road within 24 hours. Please do not use salt or ice melt on the concrete pad: salt damages concrete, and tenants are responsible for damage to the concrete.
Is my stuff insured?
We do not insure tenant belongings. Check with your homeowner's or renter's insurance agent about coverage for items in storage.
How do I pay?
